물론 Korngold의 작품도 뛰어나지만(이 이름을 보고 앨범을 선택한 거지만) 처음 이 앨범을 들었을때 Marx의 작품을 듣고 갑자기 Scriabin의 Sonata no.4을 처음 들었을 당시가 떠올랐다. 혹시나 Marx와 Scriabin간의 어떤 연관성이 있는가 하여, 더불어 Marx라는 작곡가에 대해 알아보려고, 한번 검색해봤더니 아래의 글을 발견할 수 있었다. 이전에 Scriabin의 작품을 들었을때도 Debussy의 느낌이 들었는데... 생각해보니 Debussy-Scriabin-Marx로 이어지는 인상주의 계통이었던 것이었다. "역시 인상주의에 끌리는 나의 감각은 무시하지 못하는군, 역시 인상주의를 지향하는 인간다워, 훌륭해!!" 하고 자축하다가 작곡가의 성향을 단지 음악을 들려줌으로서 파악하고, 다시 작곡해주는 알고리즘과(이름이 가물..) 현재 활발히 진행중인 소셜 뮤직 네트워크 서비스 등을 생각해보니(좋아할만한 음악까지 추천해 주지 않는가!) 그들의 영향력을 다시금 느낄 수 있게 되었다. 매일 듣는 음악에 대해서 이제야 좀 그럴싸한 것들이 등장하는 것이다.
