지난글(19, 20세기 러시아 작곡가 연대표)에 이은, 주관적으로 선정한 19,20세기 프랑스 작곡가 리스트를 작성하였다. 지난번에는 웹기반의 tiki-toki 서비스를 사용하였으나 관리가 어려워 대신 timeline 이라는 오픈소스 프로그램을 사용하여 타임라인 이미지를 생성하였다. 이 프로그램도 몇몇 개선사항이 눈에 띄지만 무료라는데 만족하며 사용하고 있다. 위 자료는 List of French classical composers (chronological) 위키피디아 페이지의 내용을 참고하였으며, List of French composers 페이지에서 더 많은 프랑스 작곡가들을 확인할 수 있다. 

개인적으로 19,20세기 러시아/프랑스 고전음악을 좋아하는데, 그중에서도 Prokofiev와 Debussy를 가장 좋아한다. 각 작곡가들의 시대적 상관관계를 파악하기 위하여 아래의 타임라인을 작성해보았다. Berlioz에서 Boulez까지 이르는 파란색으로 표시된 작곡가들은 프랑스 작곡가들이며, Glinka에서 Shostakovich에 이르는 빨간색으로 표시된 작곡가들은 러시아 작곡가들이다. 나열된 작곡가들중에 좋아하는 작곡가들은 노란색으로 표시했으며, 그중에서도 가장 좋아하는 Debussy와 Prokofiev는 초록색으로 칠하여 개인적인 시대적 선호도를 더욱 쉽게 파악할 수 있다. 이를 볼때, 19,20세기의 전환기의 작곡가들을 좋아한다는 결론을 도출할 수 있었다. timeline프로그램이 완벽하지 않아서 낮은 해상도로 그림을 저장할 수밖에 없다는게 그저 아쉬울뿐이다. 다음은 70s 음악에 대해서도 도식화를 진행할 예정이다.
